What is VapeMail?

VapeMail is a monthly E-Liquid subscription service designed to allow you to sample E-Liquids from our huge range of vendors without the hassle of purchasing them separately, Delivered to your door on a monthly basis!

Is there any contract?

No, you can cancel at any time!

What PG/VG ratio are the E-Liquids included with VapeMail?

This will vary by vendor. However we will never send an E-Liquid out that is less than 70% VG.  The vast majority will be either be 80/20 or 70/30.

What are nicotine shots?

Nicotine shots are a TPD compliant way of having E-Liquid in a larger bottle, Simply add one nicotine shot to each 0mg bottle in your VapeMail and shake well to make them up to 3mg!

Will I know which E-Liquids or Brands I am going to get before I get them?

No! That is part of the fun 🙂

What are nicotine shots?

Nicotine shots are a way to add nicotine to your VapeMail E-Liquids!

Step 1 – add 1 of our 18mg Nicotine shots to your 50ml Bottle

Step 2 – Shake it (a lot)

Step 3 – We recommend then leaving it to stand for a few hours before vaping, but this is not totally necessary.

That’s it, you now have a ready to vape 60ml bottle of 3mg E-Liquid!

What nicotine strength are the E-Liquids you send out?

All of our subscriptions come as 50ml nicotine free bottles with nicotine shots included as part of our package. Adding a 10ml 18mg nicotine shot to will give you 60ml of E-Liquid at 3mg.

I don't like a certain flavour type, can I exclude it from my VapeMail?

No! This is not something we will ever do.  We believe very much in the element of surprise and one of the main reasons to subscribe as far as we are concerned is to try new E-Liquids that you might not usually!

However, we will never send out Tobacco or Menthol flavours, as based on our 3 years of running an E-Liquid subscription, they are things that a lot of people dislike.We also have a Facebook group where you are welcome to swap/sell any flavours you dont like with other VapeMail subscribers.

Where are your E-Liquids mixed?

Our E-Liquids are mixed and bottled totally by our vendors – We only include vendors that mix in an ISO Clean Room in our VapeMail packages.

How long does delivery take?

Within the UK – All subscriptions, E-Liquid and Hardware are sent out via Royal Mail 48, if you have entered your phone number on sign up, you will get a SMS notification from Royal Mail on the morning of delivery. Outside the UK – We estimate 3-7 days within EU and 5-10 days outside the EU.

My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?

If your order has not arrived within a maximum of 5 working days, please contact us.

Its the 1st and my payment is hasn't been taken!

Unfortunately, PayPal do not process the payments as per our will.

PayPal sent me an email saying my VapeMail payment was skipped?

This occurs due to an issue with your card or PayPal account – PayPal do not share any payment information with us so its best to check things out with them rather than us,  In our experience it is usually an expired or declined debit card payment that causes this. When a payment is skipped, PayPal will automatically rebill you again 5 days later, so if your payment is skipped on the 1st, they will try to rebill you on the 6th.

How do I cancel my subscription?


My monthly payment shows as pending payment when I have paid?

PayPal can take up to 48 hours to sync monthly payments with our website. Unfortunately this is a PayPal API issue, however its absolutely nothing to worry about and will not delay your order!

PayPal sent me an email saying my VapeMail subscription has been suspended?

This occurs when PayPal are unable to collect payment after 3 attempts – Please check your card details with PayPal and contact us to reactivate your subscription.

Why is VapeMail Relaunching?

Various reasons –  We have wrote a long drawn out version here. (for those of you that are really interested). In short, the vaping industry has changed considerably since we launched in 2015, and we felt the time was right for us to evolve with it.

I am an existing VapeMail customer do I have to sign up again?

No, you don’t have to do anything. Your existing login details will still work. You should have received an email with your new price and package details. You will be billed at that price on the 1st of April.

I have previously cancelled my VapeMail subscription, but would like to sign up again?

All you have to do is log in and go through checkout with the package you want selected and follow the sign up instructions on page. You don’t have to make a new account!

I am existing VapeMail subscriber, What happens to my existing subscription?

As a thank you for the loyalty and support shown to us, All existing VapeMail members will be getting a discount on our new packages.  The discount amount will vary between members, full details of that can be found here.

What happens to my subscription if I was on a 6mg package before #RELAUNCH?

Unfortunately, we can no longer offer a choice of nicotine strength. We have worked with our vendors to try to make this possible, but it would severely limit the variety we could offer as the vast majority of shortfills only cater to the 0mg/3mg market. Unfortunately it’s just not a viable option.

If you are comfortable with it, adding 2.5ml of 72mg nic as well as our nicotine shot, would bring any of bottles sent to you by us up to 6mg.

Are you now doing hardware subscriptions as well?

Yes, Soon.

Do you still ship worldwide?

Yes! However please keep in mind we are not responsible for any customs fees you may incur.

Are Top Ups still a thing?

Yes and no. Top Ups are still a thing, However they are completely different from how they have been previously.  Top ups will now work as follows – If you wish to get some more E-Liquid through the month, you will have the option to top up by 2 or 4 bottles. This will be at a discount based on subscription level.  The top ups page has a comments box, which allows you to request an E-Liquid you have received previously from us, and we will send it to you if possible, however we do not guarantee these requests, Hence the very low price.

Will everyone get the same flavours as each other for the month as in previous VapeMail packages?

This is a tricky one to answer – Sometimes you will obviously get the same flavours as other members depending on package level, However there will be a bigger variety than we have had previously and we will no longer be going with the ridgid “These are the set flavours this month that everyone will get” approach we have used in the past.  

Can I now select the flavour type/brands of E-Liquids I want?

Platinum XL members will be moved to Platinum with an existing subscriber discount of course!
